Production Capabilities

At Camger Coating Solutions, we think of coatings, solutions, and adhesive manufacturing as a synergistic balance of scientific theory and practical experience. Camger has a broad array of mixing equipment in service, including over 15 bench top mixers for small scale work and over 20 large scale mixers that can handle a broad range of batch sizes. These mixers are available in electric VFD-controlled format, as well as in air-powered / -regulated installations for explosion-proof applications. Due to a latitude of horsepower available across the different mixers, our equipment can handle viscosities up to approximately 75K cPs.

Camger can accommodate particle size reduction to specific Hegman grind ratings through ultra-high shear dispersion or with our media mills. We can also perform low-shear mixing for applications where the components may be sensitive to high shear and only need gentle blending. Our pumping blades can cycle thick fluids through the vortex of the batch, allowing for adequate mixing of high viscosity products. We have both stainless steel and carbon steel mixing vessels which can accommodate materials of essentially all categories. Air-operated diaphragm pumps aid fluid transfers without incorporating aggressive mechanical shear. Filters of all mesh specifications, sizes, and material types are used, depending on the specified requirements.

Beyond the materials themselves, our packaging lines facilitate the filling, labeling, and packaging of drum, gallon, quart, and other custom containers. We also have expert color matching capabilities, backed by decades of experience.
