Debra (Iannuzzi) Degrazia

Director and Human Resource Administrator

Like her brother, Debra began her career early, working at Camger Coatings Systems for her father as a young 12-year-old girl. She worked hard at filling and packaging orders for customers and can still remember the Forest Green Enamel that she used to prepare for a local swing set manufacturer. After her experience on the production floor, Debra contributed to the company by working her way up through various office positions while learning how the organization was run. She eventually found her way to the accounts receivable department and managed customer billing dynamics. She accomplished all of this before coming of age and heading off to college. After acquiring her undergraduate degrees, Debra came back to Camger sharpened by her university education and ready to contribute at a higher level. While continuing her training, she worked her way up to Human Resource Administrator while also serving on the Board of Directors for Camger. Along the way, she served many years as the Secretary and Treasurer for the New England Coatings Association and is now presently a member of the Massachusetts Paint Council. 

Debra and her husband Frank have two children. Recently, she also became grandmother to her two adorable grandkids. Much of her free time is spent babysitting the grandkids. She enjoys following the Bruins and Patriots around the country, skiing, vacationing with loved ones, and it is a safe bet that if she’s not doing any of the aforementioned, you can find her in a garden somewhere. She’s been a member of the Franklin Garden Club for 20 years.
