Careers at Camger

Camger Coatings Systems is a family owned business which prides itself first in its entrepreneurial spirit, and being a company where employees are inspired to pursue their ambitions without the boundaries of classic organizational structure.

Camger differentiates itself in the marketplace by hiring employees with an attitude and approach to thinking that actively seeks out change. The business embraces continuous improvement, while creating and maintaining a work culture that values employee collaboration.

One of our goals is to have employees understand and believe that thinking, planning, decisions, and actions are better when done together, in a cooperative way. We know that what employees can offer is vital to our success.

Camger’s leaders are defined by the people who follow them, not by titles given to them. Employees are encouraged to be independently motivated and to contribute where they see an opportunity for improvement even if it is outside of their immediate work area. This allows them to work towards exploring all aspects of the business, not just those attributable to their current job description.

In addition, Camger knows a happier employee results in a better job performance and overall better employee morale. In today’s competitive world Camger’s goal is to obtain full customer satisfaction through the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services. We can only achieve this goal through the support and contribution of our valued employees.

We are looking for unique individuals to join our family who want to share in these Camger values in our day-to-day activities, policies, and practices. We provide a work environment that is inclusive, rewarding, and inspiring thus enabling our employees to achieve their full potential.  Some of the Perks Camger offers are competitive pay, Medical, Dental, STD and Life Insurance, 3% 401K Safe Harbor contribution with a discretionary profit-sharing contribution at year end and discretionary bonuses throughout the year.
